As a member of the Toronto Real Estate Board (TREB) and The Oakville-Milton District Real Estate Board (OMDREB) I have in-depth data on those markets and am able to advertise your property across the major real estate boards in the region, ensuring maximum exposure. My membership with OMDREB allows me to access data from the Ontario Regional Technology and Information Systems (ORTIS) and therefor work in the real estate boards of Brantford, Cambridge, Guelph, Hamilton-Burlington, Kitchener-Waterloo, Niagara, Oakville-Milton and Simcoe.
Buying and selling a home can be a very stressful and emotional experience. I am always available for my clients, whether it’s for navigating mountains of paperwork, or for talking through an overwhelming moment during the process. I believe in empowering my clients with knowledge, and explaining things in plain English (or Polish!). I am pathologically addicted to checking my phone, so unless I’m on a plane or in Algonquin, you can expect to hear back from me very quickly. If I know I will be unavailable for more than half a day at a time, my close-knit group of trusted and highly-competent agents will tend to your needs while I’m inaccessible.
Additionally, I have a small, well-equipped army of professionals at my disposal, including home inspectors, stagers, fellow agents, lawyers, mortgage agents and even pet services. You have a question or problem that I can’t help with? I know who can. I want the entire process to be as smooth and stress-free as possible. Every situation is different, and hiccups can arise, but hey, why not aim high? I don’t have my face up on buses and garbage bins, because I am so sure you will be pleased with my service, that you will have no hesitation recommending me to people you know.
